LETTUCE begin!!

As some of you already know, but others may have no clue, lettuce is one of the earliest crops of the season with its joy to flourish in cool weather and ability to withstand a bit of frost.

If you’re a member of the CSA, you’re probably pretty excited about our first share coming up in May 27th.

While I’m still deciding what will be in our first share, it is most certainly much more abundant than this time last year! a few glimpses of what is coming:
