Smoothie Heaven

We have been so inspired lately with our new juicer to make healthy juices, but this week we want to keep the smoothie movement going strong! A loyal customer of ours is so kind to let us use his Vitamix for a week to test it out! There are tons of options available to get creative with smoothie making!  We want to inspire you to get your green on. There are many ways to make a “green” smoothie without overloading it with green vegetables. Here are some of my recipes~ and please, we encourage you to be creative and make your own recipes!

Some organic high nutrient ingredients to use for smoothies :

  • Bananas
  • Strawberries
  • Avocado
  • Leafy Greens (kale, beet greens, etc)
  • Almond Milk/Hemp Milk/Dairy Milk
  • Hemp Granola
  • Peanut Butter/Almond Butter
  • Coconut/Coconut Butter
  • Chia seed
  • Flax Seed
  • Honey
  • Maple Syrup
  • Berries
  • Apple Sauce
  • Walnuts
  • Nutritional Yeast
