Grateful Plains Organics

Roasted sweet potato and sunchoke soup is a favorite body warmer in the winter season. This easy prep recipe includes organic jewel yams, roasted jerusalem artichokes, orgnaic bacon and edible flowers for a little spice! Join us NOVEMBER 6th, 6PM to delight in our suggestions for winter meals!

Please join us on Wednesday, November 6th at 6PM for a Holiday Open House at Village Antiques in Grand Ridge.

Betty Jo and Ralph Cave, proprietors of the Village Antiques have put together an evening of over 20 vendors showing you gifts and goodies for Holiday Gift giving. The store is located right across the street from us on the main street of our little Village at 145 w. Main Street.  The evening lasts only a couple of hours and many vendors have limited supply, so come early to get the best deals! And don’t worry about eating ahead of time, there’s a whole spread of goodies while you shop!

Grateful Plains Organics will be taking over the actual kitchen area to prepare some tastes of organic edibles. Sweet Potato fries, an organic egg comparison, some grass fed beef and some warming winter soup are on the menu.

We will have giveaways and special pricing for all who attend, so take a drive and join us!
